Ron Roth, candidate for District Lodge 141 Vice President at Large, has a background that includes over 12 years working for US West Communications. He has been employed with USAirways (America West) since 1995.
At America West Roth served as Chairman for the Transportation Workers Union in 2003, where he represented more than 1,100 Phoenix workers, including those in cargo operations.
Under the IAM Roth has continued to serve as Grievance Chair in PHX where his responsibilities include the progression of grievances, safety issues, Employee Assistance, and serves on the District Lodge 141 negotiating committee.
Roth was recently appointed to the Trustee position for Local Lodge 2559 of the IAM.
